This Website as a whole and all the materials on this Website are owned by A R Ringo Tech Ltd., an Israeli corporation with offices at 16 Nissim Aloni Street, Tel Aviv 6291937 Israel (the "Company").

You agree that by accessing this Website you accept Israeli jurisdiction. These TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Israeli law and any action arising out of or relating to these TOU shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
